The author, Christa Tilton, takes a deep dive into the peculiar life of the late UFO researcher Paul Bennewitz ( 1927-2003) who was a member of the Aerial Research Phenomena Organization (APRO).
Bennewitz believed that the U.S. Government was working with aliens. He also believed that cattle mutilations were the work of these ETs.
Eventually, Bennewitz went insane possibly due to a possible governmental disinformation campaign aimed at him.
